Currently the ActionInvocationFacetViaMethod looks for the bulk facet and initializes the Bulk.InteractionContext request-scoped service for "regular" invokedAs if not present.

For contributed actions, this is too late in the day; the result is that the target domain object shows up as the contributing service, not the contributee.

This ticket is to do equivalent setup in the ObjectActionContributee.
