how to use the patch
hi
i download slowConsumer.patch to sovle the slowConsumer problem.but i
don't know how to use it.how to use
it to update my activemq server
can anyone tell me?

Are you refering to this patch:
https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/AMQ-736?page=all?
I believe this has already been committed to the branch and trunk
(https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/activemq/trunk or
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/activemq/branches/activemq-4.0/ ).
You can try downloading from those svn and building from there
