PHP and Apache 2.0.39 not working in Windows

Hi,

Have an issue with the new release of Apache 2.0.39 and PHP 4.2.1 in Windows.  
I was running everything fine with 2.0.36 but now that I try and load the 
php4apache2.dll module the server will just not start no matter and the 
requested operation fails.

i.e. LoadModule php4_module "I:/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll" does not work

If i take the load module entry out it works.  This is not good as cannot run 
PHP pages in new Apache version....is this Apache or PHP issue.
