[ANNOUNCE] New PMC members

We'd like to officially announce three new PMC members:

Dan Kulp and Colm O hEigeartaigh, active committers on WSS4J and XmlSchema
(and sources of sage advice), and Sagara Gunathunga, fearless leader of the
Woden subproject.
