Batik test version (updated)

Hi:

I have replaced the tarball with one that has a minor bugfix, also
it now only includes sources and resources as otherwise it was
really big.

Attached is a list (from cvs update) of the files that
have changed in the tarball with respect to the current CVS archive.
I hope that we can do a subsequent merge without too much trouble.

P.S. - the thumbnail is still single threaded, will change later.
P.P.S. - there is new behavior in the viewer which can be disabled 
                from the Options menu.

GraphicsNode.paint() now throws an InteruptedException.  
AbstractGraphicsNode now checks to see if its thread is interrupted
before proceeding (throws InterruptedException if it has been).

Because our paint() is recursive from the gvtRoot this is
the only way to (correctly) interrupt the rendering of 
a gvt tree.

A similar change was made required in ConcreteCompositeGraphicsNode,
it now checks interrupt status before
calling super().paint().  Note that for CompositeGraphicsNodes
we don't throw an exception this way unless you are using an offscreen
buffer.

Most of the files changed were because of the need to trap this
new exception.
