Get funded to contribute: ODPi Bigtop Test Drive Program

Hi folks,

Good news!

ODPi has announced a program to help Bigtop getting to the next level.
Developers can submit proposals[1] and get funded for their work landed in
Apache Bigtop.

Whether there's an improvement or a new feature, from build, test, CI to
anything you think which can make Bigtop better, just elaborate your
thoughts into a proposal and submit it to the link.

If you don't know how to come up a good idea. Just ask in
dev@bigtop.apache.org list. The community are glad to help.
