Additional mentor for Google Summer of Code 2018?

Hello all

Students submitted their final proposals for Google Summer of Code 2018
this week. I'm aware of two proposals related to Apache SIS, but each
mentor can follow only one project. If we want to give a chance to the
two projects, we need another mentor for one project. Do we have a SIS
committer who would like to take in charge one of the following proposals?

Project A:

Implement OGC Catalog Service for the Web (CSW) — Phuong Hao Nguyen
Thi. This is a continuation of GSoC 2016 but focusing on metadata
discovery and distribution instead than reading from various file
formats. Some description is available at
    https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SIS-391

Project B:

Port Apache SIS to Android — Umesh Jayasinghe. This is a
continuation of GSoC 2017. This project had not been merged to SIS
yet since a change in the way to manage EPSG database on SQLite was
desired. Some description is available at
    https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SIS-350

I have around 4 hours of free time per day, so I don't think the time will be
an issue.

That would be great! We need to keep in mind that being a mentor for a
GSoC project can require a few hours per week. That's why we are limited
to one project per mentor; it is often more work than we expected. Do
you think you would have that time?

I also need to check if mentors need to be Apache committers; if needed
I presume that some arrangement is possible.

Hello Martin

I am able to help with the project B since I have been working on that.
