Tested changes in {{bin/cassandra}} to preload jemalloc on:
* OS X
* Debian Linux
* OpenSUSE
* CentOS
Also changed calls to {{Unsafe.allocateMemory}} to {{Native.malloc}} and simplified some code in {{MemoryUtil}}.
Also added new OHC version 0.3.3 that changes default allocation method to {{Native.malloc}}.
