Jenkins Jackrabbit 2 job not executing

Hi,

It seems the Jackrabbit 2 Jenkins job is not executing since June 27.
Hence we are not getting build failure notifications on the list. Last
time it ran it failed on a file transfer error at the very start of
the build:

[ERROR] BUILD ERROR
[INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[INFO] Error retrieving previous build number for artifact
'org.apache.jackrabbit:jackrabbit-parent:pom': repository metadata
for: 'snapshot org.apache.jackrabbit:jackrabbit-parent:2.10.2-SNAPSHOT'
could not be retrieved from repository: apache.snapshots.https due to
an error: Error transferring file: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could
not generate DH keypair

Does anyone have insight into why the job is not running and/or what
this above error indicates?
