Xerces PMC

Hey all,

	I am sorting out the mailing lists etc etc etc for the new TLP and PMC. 
Some questions:

Can I have a list of all active committers for xerces-j?

Would you still like xerces-j-dev@ and xerces-j-user@ (these will be 
changed from @xml.apache.org to @xerces.apache.org)?

Can I have the names and mail addresses of 2 moderators for each, or 
both lists? Preferably with world wide coverage.
