When I have a proxy configured like this:

^/(.*) http://127.0.0.1:8888/default/authoring/$1 [P,L]

BXE doesn't work because the WebDAV URLs to retrieve the document source are
outside this URL space.

The URLs are now located inside the area URL space:

/{pubId}/{area}/webdav/**
