Arcs drawn with drawArc or fillArc with negative angles are being rendered
incorrectly. They look like the inverse arc (but curving inward). For example,
drawArc(0, 0, 100, 100, -270, 0) produces an arc which curves inward in the
upper-right quadrant. It should produce an arc which goes around everything put
the upper-right qaudrant.
I will attach the test file and SVG it produces.

I believe this bug was fixed shortly after Batik 1.6 was released.
You should try the SVN version of Batik (trunk or branches/svg11).

I tried Batik SVN trunk and it does not have the bug.
What is the plan for a release? Batik 1.6 is pretty old. Are there any plans
for a release from the svg11 branch? Or a new release from trunk?
