patch for sshd

Hi @all

is there a chance to see this https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SSHD-187

in the next release?

would be easyer  to not build sshd on my own

i've attached files for the current version (0.8) too.

cause i'm not so familiar with sshd maybe there is a chance to
detect the auth request param (keyboard or password) to have just one 
method?
which can switch itself?
