We don't have code in ExExeUtilGetRTSStatisticsTcb::work() method to handle GET_HIVE_STATS_ENTRY_ step. When getting into this step from GET_NEXT_STATS_DESC_ENTRY_, the work method will get to infinite loop resulting 100% CPU.
