Flip-587

Hi,
It appears that Flip-587 [1] has one binding vote, but the thread indicates it is accepted. We need 3 binding votes to have this accepted,

Hey!

I think it’s a relatively minor change, maybe not even FLIP worthy I don’t know.

I personally don’t have a major concern here , its a bit difficult sometimes to get the attention for even 3 votes on minor changes.
