[tutorial] avalon/fortress tutorial update

Hello.

I've updated the Beginner's Avalon Guide / Fortress Tutorial I've been
working on.  There's now actually some tutorial parts to it. :)

The general plan is to expand the simple lifecycle tutorial (similar to
the Tweety examples from before) and also go through the other Fortress
examples.  In the second half of the tutorial I'd like to introduce the
other containers by showing how to port a set of Fortress components to
Merlin and Phoenix.

The tutorial is based on and integrated with the the fortress/examples
module.  In fact, the source download listed above is essentially the
fortress examples plus this tutorial.  I know it needs quite a bit of
work yet (and a lot of editing), but I hope it will progress enough that
it could be moved into Avalon proper.  If you'd like it separated from
the Fortress examples, that's fine, just let me know.
