Commons Logging: Log4JCategoryLog does not implement Log

I see this problem was reported by Kirby Vandivort on 27 Feb 2003, but I 
cannot find any answers in the archive. Anyone can help?

I am getting this exception suddenly on a working application. I didn't 
change any environment settings or libraries. What is the cause and how can 
I fix it?

I am using Tomcat 4.1.18 and Structs 1.1b2.

Hi,

I also face the same problem.

After this problem if you restart your server this problem may go. But this
is not the solution. This problem is due to Class Loader.

In your application server you have multiple Applications?
