[dev] Open issues in Github
Hi,
There are some issues that are open in Github (for easier line-by-line
review) and on JIRA.
Once these are fixed, should we go ahead and close the Github ticket, with
a link to the JIRA ticket ?

Mahendra

Oh OK. The approach seems fine. Have closed tickets that I had opened.

Mahendra

We (committers) don't have admin access to the mirror on Github we can't
close the issues.
I usually post a link to the JIRA ticket in the issue and ask the author to
close the ticket if it has been resolved or it's invalid.
