XML Enc Alpha is available.

All,

XML Encryption is available as an Alpha release. Check out 
src_xenc_alpha. You may have to tune test_xenc_alpha.sh to use your 
current cryptographic provider. Also, will someone with a Win32 machine 
write a test_xenc_alpha.bat/cmd. Thanks.

And remember, don't forget to read the documentation...
