I'm very sorry to hear that you have lost data and that the data recovery
wasn't successful. Unfortunately, the steps you have provided do not lead to a
reproducible issue. Therefore it's not possible to find any problem and to fix
it.

If you need further help I would encourage you to try our support forums. Maybe
there is someone who has seen the same or something similar and could help you
to prevent it to happen again. Even though it is not possible to bring back
