Open issues of Xalan 1.10

Dear Madam or Sir,

I am using Xalan1.10 and would like to learn about open issues in this version.
The hyperlink addressed in the Xalan webpage to open issues however seems not to be accessible anymore. Has the hyperlink to open issues changed? Is there a way to learn about reported issues on version 1.10 ?
