In Tobago4, the MultiCascade feature only works for leafs that have been opened at least once.

Current status in Tobago5:
* child leafs are ignored if never expanded
* if child leafs are expanded, everything works as intended
* after collapsing a node, the first click works as intended. All other clicks ignore the collapsed child nodes.
