   ### What issue do you find in Pulsar docs?

   contains a link to this URL:
   
   https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/cookbooks-partitioned/admin-api-topics
   
   which doesn't exist - I get the following response if I open the URL:
   
   > Page Not Found
   > We could not find what you were looking for.
   > 
   > Please contact the owner of the site that linked you to the original URL and let them know their link is broken.
   
   Older versions of the documentation have a similar issue, e.g., last link on this page:
   
   https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/2.6.0/concepts-clients/
   
   ### What is your suggestion?
   
   Reinstate the missing page or fix the link.
   
   ### Do you have any references?

   ### Would you like to fix this issue?
