[users@httpd] how to avoid multiple user-tracking cookies when request across multiple domains?

hello experts, 

   We see multiple User-Tracking cookies created in a request's header, when it was routed to cross multiple domains. Is there a way we can configure the Apache to not create another user-tracking cookie if it is already created?
