   NOTE:  It is probably an error in the Make.defs to condition this on ifeq ($(CONFIG_DEBUG_FULLOPT),y) since this is not an optimization selection, but a warning selection.  However, this duplicates how the option is used in all other Make.defs which the safer thing to do.
