[VOTE] RC Torque 7.0 based on staged repository
Hi Torque community,
a new release candidate for Torque version 7.0 has been prepared and is open
for voting!

This release contains the following updates (from SVN Messages):
- Use valueOf for numbers in generated primaryKey methods template
- Issue TORQUE-372 Fix Concurrency Problem in RecordMapper
- Issue TORQUE-368 Allowing an empty String as a valid value for "default"
- Code cleanup and improvements, remove deprecated method calls
- Fixed tests for schema with required empty string value
Build/Plugins:
Update plugins: maven-project-info-reports-plugin to 3.5.0,
wagon-ssh-external to 3.5.3, spotbugs 4.8.6.2, maven-compiler 3.14.0,
maven-changes-plugin to 3.0.0-M2 (MCHANGES-423 was resolved in 3.0.0-M1),
maven-plugin-annotations 3.13.0 (MPLUGIN-517 resolved in 3.13.0),
maven-plugin-report-plugin 3.15.0, jacoco-maven-plugin 0.8.12,
maven-resources-plugin 3.3.1 (torque-test)
- Dependencies:
- parent: apache v35, commons-configuration2 to 2.12.0,
commons-lang3 to 3.18.0, commons-jcs3-core to 3.2.1,
commons-dbcp 2.13.0, commons-io 2.20.0, commons-beanutils 1.11.0,
- test: mockito 5.18.0, fulcrum-testcontainer 2.0.1, fulcrum-yaafi
v2.0.1, move from javax.jms to jakarta.jms, update derby to Java 17

- Fix unicode issues
- update schema version in tests

Version 7.0. requires now Java-17.
