   Fix error msg for SeeionPoolIT. On Windows CI, restarting a DN (DataNode) does not trigger the shutdown hook, so the WAL (Write-Ahead Log) might not be successfully persisted. This can result in an empty file, which leads to an error message being logged when the DN scans it during data recovery upon restart.
