   Unfortunately, It seems I didn't document what I investigated on Compaction.
   I guess when Compaction runs, you might be able to find `xxx.compaction.request` in the data directory's .hoodie/.aux somewhere.
   
   I saw that there are several `xxx.compaction.request` in the directory and handled and removed.
   
   You can try with inline compaction / check the log with search "SparkRunCompactionActionExecutor"
