Suggested changes:

- Rename of() to elements(), kv() to kvs(), iterable() to iterables() for consistency between each other and with other Beam similar transforms e.g. Flatten.Iterables
- These methods should return respectively named transforms: ToString.Elements, ToString.KVs, ToString.Iterables
