Method based JNDI env. injections not worked correctly. Patch is attached. See
Java EE 6 specification section, EE. 5.2.5 Annotations and Injections. Patch is
provided that solves problem.

Thanks for the patch. I have applied it to trunk and it will be in 7.0.3
onwards.

I also added to test for method name length to ensure correct operation.
