[reminder] Please update obr/sling.xml when releasing bundles

Hi,

Please remember to update the OBR file when releasing bundles [1] .
Besides the steps from the sling side, there's also an (experimental)
script I use for making sure all bundles from dist/ are present in the
OBR file [2].
