   This depends on #1169 since building Hadoop against ZooKeeper 3.5 fails.
   
   [HADOOP-18867](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-18867) describes the reason why we need additional patch here.

   Tested it on Fedora-36 Arm64.
   ```
    ./docker-hadoop.sh --create 3 --image bigtop/puppet:3.2.1-fedora-36 --memory 16g \
      --repo file:///bigtop-home/output --disable-gpg-check --enable-local-repo \
      --stack hdfs,yarn,mapreduce,zookeeper \

   I built the package and ran smoke-tests of hadoop on Ubuntu 22.04 (x86_64) and Rocky Linux 8 (aarch64).
   
   ```
   $ ./docker-hadoop.sh \
       --create 3 \
       --image bigtop/puppet:trunk-ubuntu-22.04 \
       --docker-compose-yml docker-compose-cgroupv2.yml \
       --docker-compose-plugin \
       --memory 8g \
       --repo file:///bigtop-home/output/apt \
       --disable-gpg-check \
       --stack hdfs,yarn,mapreduce \
       --smoke-tests hdfs,yarn,mapreduce
   ```
