I am a graduate student .my name's Ali Raza Khodabakhshi.  My thesis title is(semantic Search in Farsi News for more relevant results returned from search engines). I've done the research, I realized that softwares (( solr-nutch-siren-uima) can help me on this, but I doubt it in some aspects.

language"?

What are the qualities, aspects, and characteristics that need support, both 
for indexing of content and processing of queries?
