the best place to ask these type of questions is posting it to the jspwiki-user@incubator.apache.org or jspwiki-dev@incubator.apache.org mailing list.
Normally the JSPWiki.jar is in the WEB-INF/lib directory of JSPWiki, not in the server's lib directory.
