how do i find the patch for bug 12699

Hi tomcat developers,

I am using the tomcat 4.0 and 4.1 series and experiencing the problem
described in bug 12699:

i.e. only the final cookie added to a servlet response is actually
returned.

The bug indicates that it has been fixed "in the CVS".  How do I
figure out what the patch was so I can apply or adapt it to the
version I am using and build a fixed tomcat?
