RSS Tool

Many thanks to all who tried my RSS tool and sent me your suggestions.

I've implemented a few changes, the most pertinent being a new URL that 
should be more friendly for those of you trying to access the tool from 
behind firewalls.

Here's the new address: http://66.87.7.18/index.html
