I think I agree with [~frederik.zimmer] on the comment, it seems OData TC probably used same definitions of RWS, OWS, BWS from this [RFC7230|https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7230] which states the intent correctly. I will see if I can take stab at the changes required for this.
