The Druid version where the problem was encountered.
### Description
I can no longer apply more than one "filter by" to the query results using the GUI function in the Druid unified web console. Additional filter by from the GUI dialog do not work from either within query results or from the field list in the left pane. I can still add additional "filter by" manually, just not using the GUI.
Please see the attached screenshot for more clarity.
