If I use hyperlink dialog on a drawing object (e. g. rectangle) or on text the
data in frame and name fields are gone reopening the dialog.
1. open drawing file
2. draw e. g. a rectangle
3. click object
4. open Hyperlink dialog
5. set a link, frame e. g. "_blank" and name
6. click apply and close
7. reopen Hyperlink dialog
Frame and name fields are empty and should be filled with data.

Maybe related to Bug 23150 in presentation (from 2003:
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=23150).
Extra information: Same in LibreOffice. But after save and close of document,
link is gone, too. The latter bug is confirmed by other users.

Thanks for testing! Sorry for being late.
I'm afraid I cannot test in anymore because I use LibreOffice since. But it is
the same in LibreOffice 3.6.4.3. I attached a ODG from LibreOffice.
