Cannot Deploy Web Application to Apache Tomee When WEB-INF/resources.xml is present

Hi,

I am unable to deploy a web app to apache tomee when
WEB-INF/resources.xml is present. I've recorded a small video describing
th issue.

I've also tried to check the source code

but I am not sure what is happening.
