The org.apache.kudu.client.TestSecurity.testExternallyProvidedSubjectRefreshedExternally scenario is still failing, at least in TSAN builds.  One can see the evidence of that that:
 * [at the flaky tests dashboard|http://dist-test.cloudera.org:8080/test_drilldown?test_name=org.apache.kudu.client.TestSecurity.testExternallyProvidedSubjectRefreshedExternally]
 * in gerrit pre-commit tests (e.g. check out [this instance|http://dist-test.cloudera.org/job?job_id=jenkins-slave.1737824673.3954863])
