[users@httpd] [HowTo] Force apache sys dlls search path

hi all!
i've apache2.2 on windows. (test machine)

is it possible to force apache to look for system dlls (odbc32.dll,
netapi32.dll, etc..) first in a path different from
C:\WINDOWS\system32 ?
