   If you run a pipeline or workflow in Hop Web the logging tab in the Results panel doesn't refresh until you click somewhere in the log, resize, ... to get the refresh.

   Hi @mattcasters, I’d like to work on this issue.
   
   I’ll investigate the Hop Web logging refresh flow to determine why the Results panel does not automatically update while a pipeline or workflow is running, and identify the smallest appropriate fix.
   
   I’ll also look at the relevant tests and add regression coverage for the refresh behavior.
   
   If this approach looks reasonable, I’d be happy to take this issue and work on a fix.
