from OSU

Gerrit Huizenga commented on INFRA-11467:
-----------------------------------------
Daniel, you mentioned in an email that you may have some dependent packages to port to PPC64LE. Do you know what packages those are? My team inside IBM has ported/validated nearly a thousand packages to PPC64LE (outside of what is in any of the distros) and may have previously validated/ported some/many/all? of the packages that you need. We try to make sure that the top of tree will build and run on PPC64LE and until we have an external Jenkins/Travis-CI/bigtop/etc. server we run our CI on these internally. Let me know if you need any help on any of these.

> Our end goal is to have a Jenkins slave (accessible via builds.apache.org) that is running on PPC VM/host. We would also need Docker to be installed on the Jenkins slave.
