Setup a testplan to run for 1 hour? Jmeter 5.3

I'm new to Jmeter, so pardon if this question was answered elsewhere. I want to use the scheduler functions described in the documentation (Apache JMeter - User's Manual: Elements of a Test Plan)

, but I'm seeing that option (I'm using Jmeter 5.3). I want to run a test plan for say 1 hour. How do I go about doing that?
Thanks in advance.

@prateek. Thank you for your response. This setting is not present in
Jmeter version 5.3 as you show in the screenshot. It is perhaps no longer
supported and removed with the 5.3 version. Are there other ideas?
