Hello everyone,

I noticed that Airflow depends on the [lockfile](https://pypi.org/project/lockfile/) package, which has been flagged as end-of-life/unmaintained. Could you share your thoughts on addressing this dependency?

- Is there an already accepted path to replace lockfile?
- Is there an issue or tracking ticket we can follow, and are contributions welcome toward the replacement?
- If a deprecation/migration plan exists, could you point us in the correct direction?

Curious to know your thoughts and of course, thanks a lot for your continued work here!

(Please let me know if such questions need to be raised elsewhere I would be happy to do the needful.)
