runtime exception

 
Hi,
I got this exception when I use Portal Site Browser to remove RSS
portlet from Root Folder.
Also what is the right and persistent way to remove unwanted pages?

That portlet will be phased out this month and replaced by a newer one.
All of the pages that come with the demo site that is distributed with 
the build are just demos. To remove the pages, simply delete the files.
The new site manager enables users to delete pages from the admin portal
