[~humbedooh] We will not be using Apache CMS, we want to use svn pub sub since we already have doc generation scripts (based on maven-site).

I have created site/publish and added a test web page - 
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/lens/site/publish/index.html

I tried accessing the webreq page, but it asks for a user name password. My apache username/password is not working.
What else has to be done for website setup?
