The IIS portion of the Tomcat connector documentation makes no mention of the
extra steps required to get the connectors working with IIS 6.  These are
clearly documented elsewhere on the web
(http://www.rit.edu/~ack5504/tomcat-iis6-howto/tomcat-iis6-howto.html amongst
other places), so there is little reason not to incorporate this information. 
Not bundling this information leaves most people attempting this configuration
completely lost -- and they just give up.
