Ant SOAP DD JavaDoclet && SOAP RPCJavaFactoryProvider

Has anyone got an Ant SOAP descriptor task that can
look at a Class, spot all the methods that have been
tagged with e.g. 'soap-export' and then emit a SOAP
deployment descriptor for that class ?

On another tack,

I would find a provider that was a Java factory
extremely useful.

I could specify the static factory method on a class
to be called to return a service instance.

This factory method could simply default to 'new' -
giving you a standard RPCJavaProvider.
